How can I make a reservation at Vale do Vez?
You can book directly here on the website, via our booking engine, or contact us by email/mobile if you prefer to handle everything with us. Direct bookings always have the best conditions and access to local partnerships.
What's available right now: the Apartment or the Retreat?
At the moment we're only welcoming people to the apartment in the historic center, a spacious three-bedroom apartment fully prepared for short or longer stays. The nature retreat, in the upper part of the town, is still in the preparation phase and will be launched at a later date.
Does the Vale do Vez have physical reception?
We have no physical reception. The whole process is simple and digital: online reservations, self check-in with code and support by message or telephone whenever you need it.
How does check-in work?
Once you've confirmed your booking, we'll send you detailed instructions with the key safe code and all the directions you need to get to the apartment. This way you don't have to adhere to strict timetables and can arrive calmly within the check-in window indicated on the confirmation.
Does the apartment have Wi-Fi and good working conditions?
Yes. The Apartment has fast and stable Wi-Fi, designed for those who need to work remotely, make video calls or reply to emails. There's also comfortable space to use your laptop without having to improvise.
Do they issue an invoice with company details?
Yes. We can issue an invoice with your company's VAT number and details without any problem. Simply enter this information at the time of booking or send an email after confirmation.
Do you accept longer stays?
Yes, the apartment is suitable for weekly or even week-long stays, whether for work, temporary projects or extended family visits. If you're thinking of staying longer, please contact us directly to discuss conditions and prices.
How do local partnerships work?
Once your booking has been confirmed, we'll send you a short guide to Vale do Vez's partners: cafés, restaurants, activities and wellness. Each one has a small benefit: discount, welcome offer or special conditions, just show the guest code.
